One important component of following a weight training program, is the students’ ability to track their weights lifted during a workout. Utilizing a weight log promotes progression and provides key insights for both the student and the coach. 

 

There are a few different ways in which students can log their weights in PLT4M. This tutorial shows you the various options for logging weights, and when to use which method.

Can the students use this for workouts that are in the custom tab as well?
