Worksets are a tool found in our weight training programs, used to assess athletes maxes and automatically adjust them up or down in increments of 5 LBs, based on their performance. This tool can save you time from having to constantly update/retest maxes, and is a great way to engage athletes and provide a weekly "incentive".
