Have a couple of students who I know have plt4m accounts, but they are unable to access them. Please advise.

States wrong username and password. Tried to have reset password and it didn’t work.

Hi @sailorsj - take a look at this troubleshooting document. More often than not, students have a typo in their email, so when they try to login with their correct email, the system doesn’t recognize them, and when they try to reset their password, PLT4M is attempting to send a password reset email to an incorrect email address. 


After verifying that the students emails are correctly entered into PLT4M, if you want to email directly with the students names who are having the issue, we can look into this for you.
