Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout, which focuses on control while enhancing balance and flexibility. We've teamed up with pilates instructor, Britney, to bring an introductory pilates program to PLT4M.
For our introductory pilates program, all you need is a yoga mat/pilates mat/towel, and you’re ready to try your first pilates class!
Each lesson contains:
- Mat work and introduction to new pilates moves
- Pilates stretches
Pilates is a great way to expose your student to yet another potential lifelong fitness activity!
