Students have the ability to enter reps or weights completed for any weight based movement that does not have a prescribed rep or weight, thus creating a weight log viewable by teachers and coaches.
Please note: this feature only becomes available to the student for exercises where reps and/or weights are not prescribed. Most of the PLT4M programs include prescribed weights (utilizing % of maxes), therefore this feature is more likely to appear in custom programs.
How do students log reps or weights used?
From the Web:
- Students navigate to their assigned workout, and click Start Workout.

- When a student encounters a movement with blank cells under the rep or weight column, it will display as an underscore, indicating that the student may input data, as shown below:

- Students may input their own data in these cells by clicking into the cell and typing. Click Done to save the entry as a logged note.
