When we signed up for PLT4M, the only thing we thought was more beneficial that a rival offered was a wellness check-in. When a student logs onto their account, they have to answer 4-5 questions prior to starting the work. They were done on a scale of 1-10. I would suggest a a scale 1 to 5 or 1-3. Questions are to rate themselves in : Sleep, Nutrition, Anxiety, Mood, Hydration….
It was give the teacher feedback on how their students are doing (especially with remote learning) and would be a way for attendence is taken. It also allows teachers to contact guidance if they feel the student is struggling.
