I have looked at the remote learning tips and it show that I should be able to see the actual time, but it is not there when I go into log history. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In order for the students time to recorded, you’ll want to make sure that your students are accurately logging their workouts. See here for how to completely log a workout as a student.
