Just curious if any one would be interested in glute activation exercises or if PLT4M program writers would be interested in creating a “mini maintenance ” program for users.
For example, Thief walk banded, Monster Walks banded, Clam shells etc.

Despite the current prevailing arguments against the concept of activation in general, and specifically glute activation, I am actually a big fan of targeted glute and core work prior to heavy strength training. Anything glute med is a must for me before squatting, for example. In any case, regular assistance work is good anyway, so if the “activation” effect is simple a placebo effect for some, then it’s a win-win in my mind.
To your original question, what did you have in mind? Something like a routine that could be used before training? Or something that could be used on off days as supplemental development? Or, rather, are you looking for us to develop a wider array of activation “exercises” in the resource center/workout builder?
Or something else entirely?
