Downloading Reports

I downloaded my reports at the end of last semester and received the email that they were ready.  However, when I click on the link to download the reports, I cannot get them to download.  I have tried to download them on several different devices and I still cannot get the file downloaded.  Any advice?

Hi @kfoster !

 

Are you by chance using Google Chrome? Chrome blocks links from downloading directly from email. So, you can do one of two things:

  1. Right Click the Button and choose the option to Copy the link. Then paste it into a new chrome window and hit ‘enter’
  2. Use a different web browser like Firefox or Safari
