Set Up Your Groups

To organize your kids within the site you will want to create Groups. Group names often reflect your class period or sport. For example, 0 Hour or Varsity Football are common group names. 

 

Step 1: Go to the GROUPS page and select Add Group

 

Step 2: Give the Group a name and choose your registration type. We recommend PUBLIC so kids an easily join the group(s) when they register. Hit  NEXT STEP

Step 3: If you made the group PUBLIC kids can join on their own, so you can just hit NEXT STEP. If you chose PRIVATE as your registration type and have kids in the account you can add them.

Step 4: Choose the coaches whom you want to have access to this group. Hit CREATE
