Step 1: Add Coaches and Teachers
Adding Coaches and Teachers will send them an activation email and allow them to set up an account.
Many elements of the site, like Groups, Programs, Schedules, and Leaderboards, have a Coach Access setting. Consequently, it is most efficient to add as many coaches and teachers before setting up the account.
Follow the steps below to add coaches and teachers:
1. Go to Dashboard > Roster
2. Click Coaches tab on left and then the Coaches drop down
3. Select Add Coaches and enter their name and email. They will receive an activation link via email.
