Log Text Results and Notes [App]
With PLT4M, athletes can log notes or text results for any exercise. These notes are saved to that exercise and available at anytime as a reference. This in essence creates an exercise journal for each student athlete. See the steps below, or watch the video at the conclusion of this page.
1) Click the "Note" icon to the right of the Exercise Name
2) Hit the "Add Note" option
3) Record your note and hit "Submit"
