Copy Exercises to different Day or Week
You can easily copy and paste exercises from one day to another day or week. See how below:
1) Go to "Training > Program" page
2) Find desired program and hit "Manage"
3) Choose the "Workout Builder" tab in the top header
4) Find the day you want to copy from and hit "Select". Shown Below:
5) Choose the desired exercises
6) Navigate to the desired Day and Week and choose "Paste"
